Brazil squad for upcoming friendlies

Wembley. Brazil. England

Will Tite find a way to outsmart Gareth Southgate at Wembley? (Mowa Press)

Tite has named a 25 man squad for the upcoming friendlies against Japan and England. Only three of those players play their club football in Brazil, while seven play in the English Premier League.

Alex Sandro gets another chance in the squad with Filipe Luis still injured. Danilo also keeps his place, but there is no place for David Luiz. Flamengo midfielder Diego gets another chance after missing out with an injury last time. Giuliano of Fenerbahçe was a surprise call in midfield but there was no place for Fred (Shaktar) or Barcelona-target Arthur (Gremio). Up front, Diego Tardelli (Shandong Luneng) was dropped, but Taison (Shakhtar Donetsk) and Diego Souza were given a chance.
